SERVICES - Condition Base Monitoring (CBM)
Condition based maintenance (CBM), shortly described, is maintenance when
need arises. This maintenance is performed after one or more indicators show
that equipment is going to fail or that equipment performance is
deteriorating.
CONDITION BASE MONITORING (CBM) - Thermography Analysis
Thermography is an important factor in determining the condition of the
terminations and busbar joints. Performing periodical thermograhy tests can
provide an early indication of a potential problem. These tests can identify
internal arcing, bad electrical contacts, hot spots, partial discharge, or
overheating of conductors.
CONDITION BASE MONITORING (CBM) - Partial Discharge Analysis
The objective of Partial Discharge Analysis is to detect any partial discharge activities within the electrical equipment – corona, surface discharges and internal discharges.
Partial discharges are small electrical sparks that occur within the insulation of
medium and high voltage electrical assets. Each discrete partial discharge is
the result of an electrical breakdown of an air pocket within the insulation.
These discharges erode insulation and eventually result in insulation failure.
CONDITION BASE MONITORING (CBM) - Tan Data Analysis
Tan Data Analysis is to analyse the integrity and quality of high voltage insulation systems. This test gives very reliable results about the degree of degeneration of insulators by measuring the loss of capacitance or the increase in power loss
CONDITION BASE MONITORING (CBM) - Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA)
Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is the process of recording and analyzing the frequency domain of motor current reading. The objective is to locate rotor faults and air gap problems in motors.

We keep stock for various of size from 1/2" to 24" and class rating from 150# to 2500#. Our gaskets includes Spiral Wound Gasket (SPW), Ring Joint Gasket (RTJ), Flange Insulation Gaskets, and Non Asbestos Gaskets.
